ClientLoop
Calendly integration

A meeting is booked. The documents are already on their way.

Connect Calendly once and map each meeting type to a set of documents. When a client books, ClientLoop sends their request automatically — so you walk into the call with the paperwork already done.

How it works

The booking does the chasing for you

No new step in your day. Set the mapping once; every future booking of that meeting type sends its documents on its own.

Example workflow

Calendly → ClientLoop — a booking sends the request

Set it up

Three steps, once

  1. Connect Calendly in Settings → Integrations. ClientLoop reads your event types directly.
  2. Map a meeting type to a document set — the discovery call asks for one thing, onboarding another.
  3. Choose the timing — how many hours before the meeting the request should go out. That’s it.
FAQ

Common questions

Does ClientLoop have a native Calendly integration?

Yes. Connect Calendly once from Settings → Integrations, and ClientLoop reads your event types directly — no Zapier or middleware in between. You map each meeting type to a set of documents, and ClientLoop listens for bookings on Calendly’s webhook and sends the request automatically.

How does a booking turn into a document request?

When a client books one of your mapped meeting types, Calendly notifies ClientLoop. ClientLoop matches the invitee’s email to a client (creating one if they’re new), then sends that meeting’s document set as a single magic-link request — so the paperwork is in motion the moment the call is on the calendar.

Can I control when the request goes out?

Yes. Each mapping has a “send this many hours before the meeting” setting, so the request can land as soon as the booking is made, or closer to the call — whatever gives the client enough time without being forgotten.

What if a client books more than one meeting?

Each booking is handled on its own, and ClientLoop de-duplicates so a retried Calendly webhook never sends the same set twice. Different meeting types can map to different document sets — a discovery call and an onboarding call can ask for different things.

Which plan is this on?

The Calendly integration is available on the Pro plan, alongside webhooks, the API and custom domains.
